DOF has been a really good experience for me in particular to get more involved in helping and engaging underserved communities. It has also allowed me to tie in what I am learning in classes with real world medical application. The sense of community within DOF is beautiful and connecting with other students I can relate to makes the journey to becoming a doctor less stressful. Also, the quarterly enrichment workshops and physician interviews are the best!
